Sunil is a global technology and business leader with 31+ years of experience spanning strategic leadership, business building, global service delivery, solution consulting, digital transformation and people development. Across leadership roles with Infosys, Fujitsu, Wipro, 3i Infotech and Tietoevry, he has directed complex global programs and built high-performing capabilities serving clients across diverse markets.

Having built teams and capabilities from the ground up, Sunil understands that credentials alone do not define the right professional. TalentSailors brings his experience in evaluating expertise, developing people and creating trusted client relationships into a focused, personally curated network.

Each professional determines an indicative hourly or daily rate based on experience and specialization. The rate displayed on a profile is the final client rate, inclusive of the TalentSailors 15% commission.

Privacy Policy

TalentSailors respects your privacy and handles personal information responsibly. This policy explains what we collect through talentsailors.com, how we use it and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, company or organisation, email address, mobile number, city and country, selected professional or category, preferred engagement mode, duration, start date, budget and the requirement you voluntarily describe.

For listed professionals and brands, we may publish approved profile information such as name, photograph or logo, professional title, biography, experience, skills, education, certifications, achievements, languages, location, availability and indicative rates.

Our hosting and form providers may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access time and diagnostic logs.

3. Professional profiles

TalentSailors is a curated network and does not offer open self-registration. Profiles are published with the professional’s consent and may be visible publicly and indexed by search engines. A listed professional may request a correction, update or removal by contacting us. Personal contact details are not published unless separately agreed.

4. Consent and withdrawal

By submitting information, you consent to its use for the stated purpose. You may withdraw consent where applicable by emailing us, although information already required for a completed transaction, legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained.

5. Service providers and transfers

We use service providers for website hosting, email and form processing, including Formspree. Information may therefore be processed or stored outside India, including in the United States, subject to the provider’s safeguards and applicable law.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it with a relevant professional or client to progress an authorised enquiry, with service providers acting for us, or where required by law, safety, fraud prevention or protection of legal rights.

7. Retention

Enquiry information may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, and longer where required for legal, contractual, accounting or dispute purposes. Approved profiles are retained while the listing remains active and for a reasonable administrative period afterwards.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Email anchor@talentsailors.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

10. Children

The website is intended for adults and is not knowingly used to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

11. Third-party links

Links to third-party websites or services are governed by their own privacy practices. TalentSailors is not responsible for those practices.

12. Cookies

The current website does not use accounts or advertising cookies. Essential hosting or security technologies may still be used by our service providers.

13. Changes

By accessing talentsailors.com or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About TalentSailors

TalentSailors is a personally curated network of selected professionals, emerging talent and approved brands. It is not an open-registration marketplace, job portal or employer.

2. Our role

We publish approved profile information, receive client requirements and facilitate suitable introductions or engagements. A website enquiry or introduction does not by itself create an employment, agency, partnership, consultancy or service contract. Any engagement begins only after scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing.

3. Profile information

Profile information is supplied or approved by the listed person or brand and may be subject to reasonable validation. TalentSailors does not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free. Users should independently assess suitability before proceeding.

4. Availability and rates

Displayed rates, availability, work mode and service descriptions are indicative unless expressly confirmed. Final scope, pricing, taxes, expenses, timelines and deliverables will be agreed separately.

5. Independent professionals

Listed professionals and brands remain independent unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. TalentSailors does not control their methods, professional judgement or day-to-day performance and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

6. Professional advice

Website content and introductions are for general information and service discovery. They are not a substitute for legal, tax, investment, insurance, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice. Counselling and coaching profiles are not emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

7. Enquiries and user responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and communicate respectfully. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information unless necessary and authorised.

8. Prohibited use

You may not scrape or systematically copy profiles; republish profile content or photographs; bypass TalentSailors to misuse an introduction; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent enquiries; interfere with website security; or use profile information for unsolicited mass marketing.

9. Commercial and cancellation terms

Fees, commissions, payment schedules, cancellations, refunds, confidentiality, intellectual property and deliverables for an engagement will be set out separately. Those agreed terms prevail for that engagement.

10. Social impact commitment

TalentSailors intends to allocate 5% of the total engagement value from its own commission model to selected credible social causes. This is not an additional client or professional charge, is not represented as a donation made by the client, and does not automatically create a tax deduction. Timing, recipient selection and evidence remain subject to completion of the engagement and reasonable verification.

11. Intellectual property

The TalentSailors name, logo, website design, original copy and compilation are owned by or licensed to TalentSailors. Profile photographs, logos and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission. No material may be copied or commercially reused without written consent.

12. Website availability

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or any listing without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free availability.

13. Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and policies apply independently, and TalentSailors is not responsible for their availability or content.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentSailors disclaims implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentSailors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from website use, reliance on a profile, an introduction or an independent professional’s acts or omissions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TalentSailors against reasonable claims, losses and costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Suspension or termination

We may decline an enquiry, remove a listing or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, legal rights or our curated philosophy.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law to the contrary.

19. Changes

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
